Gladys Mary White


Daughter of Leonard Frederick White and Agnes (Annie) Mary Vaughan. .

Born in 1914, the fourth year of the reign of King George V, and died aged ninety-four in the fifty-seventh year of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II  She has 10 direct descendants in the family.

Cinderford


Gladys lived in the Fleece Hotel in Cinderford run by her parents (photo taken in 1926) and in 1942 married Roy Meredith, an architect, and they then lived with his parents in Cinderford.
